For these who are not aware, Persona 3 is one of the best RPG mankind Atlus ever made, it was originally published in Japan in 2006, and hit the US store in August 2007. For your information, Persona 3 is the reason I bought PS2. Yes, I am a Shin Megami Tensei Mania, Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment were two games that beat crap out of Final Fantasy VII. Persona series IS that great.
Persona 3 stood out because the uniqueness that you never met in any other games: experience a 365 days of living in school, establish relationship with friends (or date the gals), and explore the night when your school become Babel-like tower Tartarus where strange monster called shadow suck everyone live in peril. The story is very original and outstandingly creative.
The popularity of Persona 3 eventually led a sequel which is Persona 3: Fes (short for Festival)
Persona 3 Fes is an add-on from original Persona 3 which originally only released in Japan, with a lot of extra features that could make all Persona 3 players drool. It also features extra story that conclude the ending of Persona 3. I remember back then we only could get information from these who have played the japanese version. Now it will come to US. I couldn’t thank Atlus enough.
